Couch to 5k** I have had to quit my C25k training by my doctors orders, I have a current problem with my hip(check it out HERE), and my plan is to continue once I have lost a bit of weight. I'll update you when I start my runnin' journey again! But until then I am a walking mama!**
Week Two- 90 second jog, 2 minute walk
Week Three- 90 second jog, 90 second walk,
Week Four- 3 min jog, 90 sec walk, 5 min jog, 2.5 min walk, 3 min jog, 90 sec walk, 5 min jog
Week Five- 5 min jog, 3 min walk {alternate}
8 min jog, 5 min walk, 8 min jog
20 min jog
Week Six- 5 min jog, 3 min walk, 8 min jog, 3 min walk, 5 min jog
10 min jog, 3 min walk, 10 min jog
25 min jog
Week 7- 25 min jog
Week 8- 28 min jog
Week 9- 30 min jog
